GENERAL
1 - all advertisements accepted for publication by Coolmarket in any of it's printed or online publications are accepted subject to these terms & conditions.
Any other conditions proposed by the seller will be void unless accepted by Coolmarket in writing.
2 - In these conditions:
“Seller” means the person placing an advert for an item they have for sale. “Medium” means the publication - printed or online- taking the booking. “Potential
buyer” means the person enquiring through Coolmarket about an item for sale. “Adverts” means display, online, email and classified advertising and shall include inserts, supplements and re-directed advertisements
3 - all adverts are accepted subject to space being in the medium
4 - Coolmarket reserves the right to cancel any order without liability in the event of becoming aware of any meetings of creditors, bankruptcy, liquidation proceedings, the appointment of a receiver or administrative receiver over the whole or substantial part of the sellers assets, or any indication whatsoever of financial difficulties.
5 -these conditions and all other express terms of the contract between Coolmarket and the seller shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
OWNERSHIP - copy must conform to Coolmarket’s requirements and Coolmarket reserve the right to charge for any additional work involved in amending the copy of the advert to conform to it’s requirements.
PAYMENT DETAILS (Vehicles & Coldstores) - Direct Sellers
Payment details for a Direct sale are to be agreed by the seller and the potential buyer only.
Selling (Vehicles & Coldstores) Coolmarket Sale
Coolmarket to sell on your behalf: No Sale—No fee. If you would like all negotiations to be carried out by Coolmarket and have no contact from potential buyers direct, you will have no upfront fee. Advert display will be the photo and a maximum of 30 words. For this service we will add a fee to your minimum acceptable price. This fee will be determined by Coolmarket and will be Coolmarket's commission for the sale. We will negotiate no lower than your minimum acceptable price, unless agreed by the seller. If we do not find a buyer then there is NO charge: No sale– No Fee. Your items will usually be displayed on the site within 24hrs of receipt of your signed contract, items will remain displayed on the site until sold or we are instructed to remove it by the seller.
PAYMENT DETAILS (Vehicles & Coldstores) - Coolmarket Sale
When Coolmarket have a definite interested party agreed for the purchase of the item, we will take a deposit of 25% from the buyer, and then introduce them to the seller to deal direct for the remainder of the transaction. Upon completion Coolmarket will agree the commission and balance due and either refund or collect the difference.
(It is the sellers responsibility to tell us in writing to remove the items if you no longer wish to display)
Selling (Equipment) Direct Sale
Standard style of display advertising/classified ads monthly Fee charged. Sellers will receive ALL enquiries directly from the potential buyers. For this
service we charge a fixed fee for advertising equipment. The price per item is £20 GBP + VAT per calendar month in advance for a colour photo
and a maximum of 30 words. Your items will usually be displayed on the site within 24hrs of receipt of your payment, items will remain displayed until we
are instructed to remove it by the seller.
Selling (Equipment) Coolmarket Sale

to remove it by the seller.

When you decide to purchase an item from the equipment section; it can be paid for by Pay pal online, pro-forma invoice or by agreeing payment terms with the
seller directly. Delivery charges will differ depending on your needs.

When you decide to purchase an item from the parts section; it can be paid for by Pay pal online, pro-forma invoice or by agreeing payment terms with the
seller if they have a market stall. Delivery charges will differ depending on your needs.

1. Cancellation or suspension of the advert by the seller must be received in writing by Coolmarket within the period specified
2. Coolmarket reserves the right to omit or suspend an advert at any time for good reason, without liability to the buyer and shall notify the buyer as soon as possible. If such omission or suspension is due to the act of default of the Seller or their agents, then the seller shall pay for the advert in full notwithstanding that the advert has not been published.
