| Description: A recent project SOLD to a returning customer - we refurbished and modified a Used ex refrigerated truck body into a three compartment Game Larder. Entry to centre doorway to a skinning area, with left hand door leading to Butchery, right hand door into meat storage. A bi-rail/twin track meat rail system connected all three rooms and entry via an outside hoist system to get carcass on the rail. meat storage with refrigeration for chilled applications down to zero. Lighting, hot water, two sinks, insectecutors and sockets all installed prior to delivery. Skinning area and all rooms have drainage for washing out connected to outside drainage. Delivered and installed on site by HIAB crane by ourselves. All working off a single phase power supply. |
