coolmarket.co.uk was originally created in answer to a recurring problem experienced by many operators of refrigerated vehicles: There was no central place to find or sell USED or even new refrigerated vehicles or equipment. In 2003 Steven Robinson came up with the idea of creating a hub for sellers to advertise their unwanted vehicles and also for potential buyers to find the vehicles they needed in one place. After testing, coolmarket.co.uk was launched in 2006. It is now the easiest site to find when searching for “USED REFRIGERATED VEHICLES” and is fast becoming the number one website for buyers all over the world.
Steve started in the refrigeration industry in 1972 He trained as a service and installation engineer on commercial, industrial and transport refrigeration systems. Since those early days he has since been Managing Director for refrigeration sales, manufacturing and service companies, with vast experience in coldstores, panel van conversions, bodybuilding and all aspects of transport refrigeration and air conditioning. Steve has also held senior management roles in marketing and sales for Carrier Transicold, TF/Transfrig, Klege Europe and Schmitz Cargobull.
Our workshop in Brislington, Bristol covers provided a wide range of refrigerated conversions such as: Frostline new van conversions, Supa-Seal hygienic linings and dog grooming conversions, New towing trailers built to order, as well as modifications, installations and refurbishment of Coolmarket’s used refrigerated vehicles, equipment and coldstores.
