Triple compartment 18T MAN truck for living accommodation, chilled and frozen storage:
This 18t MAN required by an events company for a triple compartment; chill/freeze/living accommodation: we firstly installed two side doors and a fixed bulkhead to form two compartments; one for refrigerated storage and one for living accommodation. We installed three bunks beds and a shower cubicle in the first compartment. In the second compartment we installed a stowable/removable bulkhead for twin temperature operation. Steps were built and installed at each side door for access. |

Meat Rails retrofitted:
We can retrofit a meat rail system to an existing trailer, truck or van. We firstly strengthen the walls and ceiling to take the meat rail system. We can use a C Channel meat rail system or T Bar Rails, with or without returns. We can supply and install meat hoists and hooks. And any extras that you may need such as a hook for weighing scales. |

The shelving options we can offer are limitless....
we recently converted a small Dispatch van for a Sandwich round; we installed a fixed mid bulkhead to form two compartments; the front compartment was racked out with folding shelving as this was needed for storage of extra stock and occasionally needed to be folded to be able to store caterting equipment. The rear compartment needed display shelving so the stock can be displayed to sell direct from the van. |
